Chef Adler Bonavera


Adler Bonavera, Chef Patronne and Sommelier of the Duca d'Orvieto restaurant and cooking school, has long experience in the sector and his desire is to transmit the traditions of the territory. His specialization, linked above all to the Renaissance and local traditions, distinguish his philosophy.


Behind his knowledge there are in fact years and years of studies and research done with historians and experts in the sector.

This great passion of hers led her to participate in various Italian and foreign television programs.
